The Media Center currently has 11,800 books available or 20 per student, which is the national average. We have over 6,054 Accelerated Reader quizzes on our network. Each class visits the Media Center every week to get books, but many students come more often. We also have a Book Fair in September and May. We sold almost $5,500 in books and were able to keep 30% in profit. The profit will be used to buy new books for the Media Center.
Many families donate a book to the Media Center on their child's birthday.
